Ages 8-10

Ages 11-13
As friendships become more complex, young people begin to navigate changing friendship groups, trust, loyalty and belonging. This interactive workshop explores what healthy friendships look like and how understanding relationships can help build stronger connections.
Ages 8-10
Big feelings are a normal part of growing up. In this interactive session, children will learn to understand their emotions, explore positive ways to respond and practise simple problem-solving through engaging activities and Face It or Flip It scenarios.
Ages 11-13
Every day, we use social clues to understand the people and situations around us. This interactive workshop helps young people recognise facial expressions, body language, tone of voice and the unspoken rules that shape everyday social interactions.
